Double Bass M. Prell bow???

I've had a french bow for 20 years that's stamped M. Prell. The bow seems of good quality.
I've web searched only to find August Prell and Herm. W. Prell bows.
Is my M. Prell related to these others? Anyone know about it? Thanks!!!
