M9 Assistance Please

Hi, Delighted with my new M9, I play Bass, & Acoustic & Electric Guitar and it's wonderful. Until now I’ve been using the ME20-B, ME50-B & GT6-B & GT8.
The M9 is so fast to set up, it's a dream.
I upgraded to the latest system. Love the extras & Fixes.

Here's the problems:
1.) When I create a scene, One or two of the stomp box patches change on automatic scene exit.

2.) Unless I select the first stomp box before going into scene mode, that 1st scene (1B) will be dry & never available as the programmed.
Am I doing something wrong ? Or how do I revert to where I was initially on exit. Could someone try this for me please - as they don't have another in the shop.

My intention is to set Scene (Page 1: for Bass,) (Page 2: for acoustic guitar,) & (Page 3: for Electric guitar.) Is this possible ? I thought the "power on" stomp box section would be always in "selection box mode !"

I'd try to install the software again. It's really easy with the donkey or what it's called.

Thanks for the advise guys, reinstalled the software -still the same. It was like this prior to and after installing the software. Yes the donkey is excellent, even knows your connected machine if its not in the list, as in my case. Guess it's faulty, is there anyone's M9 behaving like mine?

Mine has problems that are similar but different. I was gonna send it in to get the defects fixed but they wanted me to pay for shipping.

Oh that's not on, if it's within guarantee the shop you purchased it from has the responsibility, your contract is with them. If you get the time, I would be grateful if you could post your problems, I will check them against mine.

The first one sounds like it might be an issue with Manual Save versus Auto Save mode. Manual save requires you to go into scene select mode, select the scene you want to save and then copy the scene (which also saves it).

I'm not 100% clear about what you were trying to convey on issue #1, and I just don't understand what you are describing on issue #2. I want to help, but I don't understand what is going on. If you could clarify then I could confidently throw my hands up in the air and say, "I don't know."
