2. The state's DNA technician being questioned by the defense was one of the most mind-bogglingly frustrating thing I have ever seen. She was cold as ice and didn't seem capable of answering any question with a yes-or-no answer. When she was asked whether it would be likely for a gun used to murder someone at point blank range to be contaminated with blood spray: "I assume that could be possible."
3. The change in body language when Colborn listened to the phone call about the plates was stunning. In all of his denials after that, he had to look down when he said "no" and then his eyes would dart back to the questioning attorney.

I almost choked on my coffee when they got to the part where the Prosecutor tried to explain away the tainted DNA evidence by basically saying "yeah, 99% of the time, we would have followed protocol and declared the evidence inconclusive, BUT anyone with common sense would tell you that it was ok to do whatever we wanted to this one time."

Agreed. It's a truly insane chain of events. Although I have to say that Avery's defense attorneys did a great job in his trial. My wife is a lawyer, and she was also impressed with their work.
Steven Avery's defense team completely demolished the prosecution's case and I was not at all surprised when the excused juror popped in to shed light on the dynamics of the deliberations.
Also: my gut is telling me that the victim's brother is precisely the type of psychopathic small town bro-dude that went after Steven in his original case.

Just saw someone confessed to Teresa's murder. Apparently the details don't match up with the know s and that makes it suspicious. That and the $100k reward! Will have to see what shakes out.

Where did you see that news? Just did a quick Google News search and couldn't find anything.
@friskinator Picked it up from the FB page, just went back and couldn't find the citation. It's the same guy in 2019 that confessed. He doesn't have the facts, such as they are known straight, again, so no news here.
