Maki's Two Cents (part 5)

If you've heard it yet (just came out a couple of days ago), what are your thoughts on the new Phish album?

I haven't heard it yet. I pretty much buy the Phish albums for an idea of a starting point of what they'll do with it live. Sometimes it takes me a 5-10 listens before I determine if I even like it or not. Rift took a long time for me to like, so did Farmhouse. The last album Round Room was kind of mediocre for me, but I like the songs from it when they play it live. I'll go pick it up for sure, just to have in my library. My two cents. :)

Not having seen as much Trailer Park Boys as I probably should have, why is Bubbles wearing that green thing on his head?

You need to watch more Trailer Park Boys. I would suggest you watch all of them. Then you will understand the Green Bastard. I also suggest you try to see this on Liquor Day.

My two cents. :)

I don’t understand anything my teachers are telling me. They explain something, I listen, but I just can’t comprehend what they’re saying. I can’t ask for help either. My biology teacher asked me if I needed any help today and I said “no thanks”. I have no idea what I’m doing. I could have asked for help but I didn’t. What should I do to make sure I don’t fail every class this year?

Swallow your pride and admit your an idiot. Then ask for help again. My two cents. :)

I've been thinking about that SeeMore putter a lot lately, and I was wondering, do you think that it might be a crutch? If so, is that a bad thing? I want to be a good putter on my own merit, not because of a red dot on my putter.

Who cares. What ever makes you a good putter. I happen to like the putter than came with a starter set I bought a few years back. It must be all of 30 bucks, but I use it because I love it. Putters are totally personal preference. My two cents. :)
