Male Vocalists You Can't Stand

I really hate to admit this cause i am a huge maiden fan but Dickenson on alot of live stuff is just bad ( live after death to be specific ) . Studio stuff he's one of the tops ever and im sure the degree of difficulty & the live presence he brings has alot to do with it. I have personally sang 5 sets a night and know how hard it can be. Sometimes its just about surviving the night. Still the greatest band ever.

Disagree some. Hank the Ist was an extraordinary talent. Hank Junior, just absolutely detest him. Hate his voice, every song (and I mean song as a generic term as what he puts out isn't) he's ever done, and if it wasn't for his dads name he'd been selling cigarettes and beer at a Quik Shop. Hank III, I like a lot. Not afraid to be his own man, and not likely to be singing duets with the next American Idol tragedy.

Another 2nd generation guy who just doesn't hold a candle to his old man, IMO is Scooter Jennings.

My band opened a show for him once... it was one of the most unmemorable, by-the-numbers performances that I have ever seen. Waylon was a force of nature in concert but Scooter... vapor. Nothing there.

I felt bad for his backup band cause they were all great players but the material was just as bland as could be. Whatever they were being paid they were earning every dime.
