Out of all the sounds you have available? HAHA. JK. Its cool your selective. Its important. Isis and Mr. Bungle got me into bass verb. Bungle gave me wood over the Spring sound on "None Of THem Knew They Were Robots" on California. Trevor used a Fender Twin for that I think. He told me once but I forgot.

Can anyone recommend some listening to get a feel for the sounds people get by stomping on a reverb tank? I've been hearing about it and am curious (always looking for novel and useful sounds).

Bungle gave me wood over the Spring sound on "None Of THem Knew They Were Robots" on California. Trevor used a Fender Twin for that I think. He told me once but I forgot.

Reverb just doesn't do it for me, I'd rather chorus. Plus if I wanted a reverb sound, the Echobox can produce a nice reverbish tone

I don't know about bass, but Sigur Ros use a reverb tank on guitar quite a bit, and definitely do live.

If I played solo fretless bass I'd be all over a real spring reverb.

As it stands, I see this release as just Malekko getting one step closer to releasing the Holley Erectus.

I love spring reverb (emulated or real), so this Malekko might be for me. It's decenty priced too.

I was totally gonna get one of these but I saw a Dr. Scientist RRR available on analoguehaven and I just couldn't resist!
