Marshall MB4210 Problems?

I have a Marshall MB4210, its not mine but i have it until the shop sends me a new one.

The volume pot on the classic channel crackles like mad and needs replacing. This im not worring about as i have a new amp on order, but...

...Whatever volume i have the amp at, the speakers seem to crackle and buzz however i set the eq.

Is this a problem with all MB4210s or is it just this one? Im really hoping that when my new one is in it doesnt have the same hiss/crackle, otherwise i will be very disheartened
(after today my band think the amp is crap, and they prefer my Ashdown )

Any owners out there had these problems?

I have experienced exactly this problem (twice) on the MB4210 and on the MBC115 extn cab. Caused by:
1) The white fuse block on the crossover card shaking itself loose from poor solder joints on the pcb.
2) Badly soldered/epoxied inductor coil fixing on the crossover card.
4 separate failures over about 7 months meant I've sent them back and gone for a different rig from other manufacturers.
Its a 10 minute job to open up the cab and resolder the loose components on the crossover card, but you can't do it when you're in the middle of a set, and this poor qc on a simple card component has wrecked 4 separate gigs for me. The loose components vibrate when you hit a note and power to the speaker is intermittant - this causes huge loss of volume, really nasty distortion and amp overheating.

My cabinet went pop, and this is exactly what marshall did to fix it, i havent been to pick it up yet, but thanks for the tip off. if i get anymore problems with it, i'll chuck the lot on eBay... i like the sound, its QC just sucks! =[

Same problem, the blend light came up, unable to get rid of it, than the sound crack on and off.
