Maruszczyk custom configurator...this is deadly.

Converted to US Dollars, right around 2k.

Alot of custom bass for that price...

Got me really thinking.......

Here's my design with Aguilar electronics and black hardware, transparent pickguard, swamp ash body, birdseye neck and fretboard.....

Setup with 35" scale 14" radius.

I wish they had an option for string thru body, but I didn't see that....

Still not bad though.

What a wicked time sink. Mine is 90 percent of my ideal. Perfect would be the same but with a humbucked J pup in the neck position and a black headstock. String-through-body is the 17.5 bridge spacing option ( @RolandMHall ), which is what I chose with a Hipshot A style bridge.

I chose a Hipshot A, and the string-thru option is available for that one, at least.

Wonder why the configurator does not allow to choose a 6-er Elwood. Or did I miss that?
I think the 6 string basses are not prone to be fully configurated by the customer but if you dive in Public Peace site you'll see they're not in stock but they must build them. Since Adrian Maruszczyk is always replying the emails personally and he's a close and straight forward guy, i'm sure you can discuss and propose customizing many specifications of your 6 string including pups.
