Tim is easy to work with. I sent a graphic I wanted for the face but there were too many control holes for the artwork, so we just modified the color scheme.
I love my Super Eight Hundred Plus; I am jonesing for a Super 200 and Super Three Hundred as well. We’ll see.
I’d love to hear from any Cross owners.

i've had two super 300's (V1 & V2). while i really liked the V2, i sold it and replaced it with an Origin SV Pre.
i still have the super 800 to use when i'm in a GK mood.

I never cared and felt the need for any effect. Maybe a bit of compression thank the onboard compressor but that's it.
I have spent more time on making my own sound, choosing the best and most refined devices and practicing.

I have a 200 and 800 on the way. My first choice would have been the 300 but I already have the Broughton SVpre for the SVT tone.

Only four choices? I've owned a few of the above, plus I have a Thespian preamp, which is one of my favorites of all time. He makes great stuff and is s super mnice guy as well! PS - the Monorail is a sleeper! I was very impressed!

I have and regularly use the 800, but would love to try out the 100 and 200. But not enough to spend that kind of money. I use the 800 purely as a preamp, not an effect.

The Super 40 is an EQ. The rest are all preamp/DI boxes.

Not any more. I went on a pre-amp buying spree over the past few years and bought a bunch of preamps, the ME ones included. I still have the Thespian, and I regret selling the Mono. I've got the rest covered with my Headrush, but they were all very good pedals.

This is exactly how I use my 800. If the house amp I have to use has an FX loop, I run the 800 into the FX Return, and boom, 800RB.

Ah, but they often are not. Neither owning nor needing a large, heavy amp, I keep my Rumbles as neutral as possible, and tone shape going in, especially with the preamp. That also gives me a DI with the exact same tone I am sending to the Rumbles.

While I'd love to have the amps these pedals are based on, complete with big rig cabs, I don't have the space for them, or a roadie. 8^)
