The white one looks like it should be a Dee Dee Ramone sig model to me! I was thinking of putting together a Dee Dee P Bass, but if this come out, maybe I'll jump on it and get a Matt Freeman.

I didn't know who Matt Freeman is but i want one in white. Better start saving now.
EDIT: Holy Crap! $700 for a Squier???
Why do the Squier and Fender sites not have any info about this bass? A quick Google search brings up a few links to "Anderton's Music" out of the UK. The only other search results are links to this thread and a few others that are similar.
What makes you think this is real?
sevenyearsdown said:I love Matt Freeman in a man-crush bass player kind of way. He's the reason I picked up bass as akid.
But looking at the sig model, if that's infact not BS on those UK sites.....BOOOOOOOOOOO. Squier has more appealing P-basses without a sig on them.
That would be a disappoinment, because I totally planned on getting one being a fanboy and all.
playing it would be like wearing your influences on your sleeves...
Matt Freeman was a great bassist. Glad to see he's getting a sig
I'm in a band called Th' Legendary ShackShakers
OK, that vintage white looks damn good. I'm tempted. Thanks for the link.Pics are also now up on the Squier site: Invalid Link Removed
