That sounds pretty nice. For the price, it sounds ****ing amazing.
As a self-proclaimed Delay Whore I'll agree that in a mix, the subtle differences between various delays do not exactly come out, when embarking upon normal usage. However, since so much of my delay time is spent in a solo context, I like having That Perfect Sound for such things. Also, the whole self-oscillation bit really does separate even the quite similar ones. For example, Dark and Bright Malekkos sound pretty close to one another for general delay experiments, but sound completely different when you get them to self-oscillate.
Still holding out for a 616 as my next delay (or if I find an Echo Box for cheap), but I think for the price I might scoop up one of these anyhow. Some day I'll buy my first EHX pedal...
