Meris Enzo Synth Pedal

I'm shocked that you are paying essentially pound per dollar for an Enzo, thats a horrible exchange rate on that pedal - That's $545 CAD when converted from Pounds!

It's entirely down to shipping + taxes (customs duties + VAT @ 20%) on top.

The extra we're having to fork out over here is perhaps what's making me seem a bit more demanding about the pedal than folks on your side of the pond :) ...then add in additional midi and separate volume control and it's starting to be quite a tidy sum!

Meris offers a presets footswitch. For an easy shortcut to a few presets, that might provide a nice way to have 4 presets ready to go. Too bad they don't have one that can save more but that might be good enough for most gigs.

Yeah thats my long term option. It matters what the use case is for me. I could get some non synth tones out of that that work well as footswitch spots, but for bass synth sounds, I think I will want unlimited options, so thats why I bought TouchOSC.

Really hoping TouchOSC adds some Apple Watch functionality. Just a preset switcher is fine, but I can truly see that becoming a thing.

I have a lot of unanswered questions that I wont know until everything arrives. But I already got my bluetooth adapter, so things are trickling in.

Guys just go down the list of Meris dealers on their site until you find one in stock. I ordered from Eddie's Guitars on Saturday and got it today.

So far my impressions:
1. Presets are an absolute must if you plan on using it live. Go ahead and get a MIDI converter box or DMC Micro. You'll definitely want something.
2. Tracking is great as long as your playing is clean. Its as good as I remember the Future Impact being.
3. It will take some time to get great sounds out of it. Definitely not plug n play IMO. Probably not a good choice if you don't like turning knobs.

I managed to find one. I got lucky, it is not easy. The orders are apparently being pushed back. Sometimes it is best to go through the smaller dealers.

I just picked one of these up yesterday at 30th St. I'm blown away. The tracking is top notch.

Here's a sound clip of it after like 5 minutes of messing with it.
Signal Chain: Stingray Special 4H -> Enzo-> VTBassDlx -> Chandler LTD-1->Logic

I may do a review and stick it on youtube once I feel qualified to demonstrate it. I'll try to remember to post a link if I do.
