Looks like it's in rough shape, but that's a decent price. They usually go for a few hundred more.
If everything works and it is in good shape, $400 is a MASSIVELY good deal for that head. It is a tweakers dream. The FET channel is a little 'dull' sounding, but blended with the tube channel, and that head sounds very good... loud, clear, punchy.
