Hi,
I recently got a used Mesa Walkabout and I REALLY like it thru my db212 cab.
What amp gives me the same sound with more headroom/loudness?
Mesa Pulse 600?
Aguilar db750/1?
Ashdown ABM500?
What fan did you get?

.... but an issue I have with it is that one of the very attractive features of the WA combo rig is its modest form factor, particularly the 12" version.
So, while moving to double the number of drivers will undoubtedly get the most out of the WA amp, it does somewhat contradict one of the nice features (portability) of the amp to begin with....
I'm sad to announce that both a shortage of money and a shortage of head room has lead me to sell my WA.
The moment I buy a higher power head, Mesa will instantly introduce the amp we want.
While I know there is a Saint James, I will be taking one for the team.
With all this said; how much did I pay for the rack ears?
I want to list them in the classifieds for a decent price and can't find them listed on their web site, nor can I bear the thought of being put on hold for as long as it took to order them.
Help a WA brother out if you can.

Best combo yet, the Schroeder 15L+'s a close but louder second.
1 S12 and 1 S15 = Walkbout love. The 12 alone w/ my Clevenger, the 15 alone with most of my gigs these days.
