I would think if you dig the F1 and LMII, you would dig this head. It's clean and has that aggressive mid thing (more similar to the F1 than the LMII). It's 20 pounds heavier and about 4 times the size... and it puts out a bit more oomph as you would expect.
what he said Dean- plus I think the trad power supply offers a feel that the LMII/F1 just can't attain. For some gigs the LMII is better for me, but for the blues/R&B/funk stuff, the M6 sounds like a million bucks. Clear, tight, quick, assertive, but not quacky, stiff, or brash. Like I said earlier, it reminds me of my HBP-1/CA9. If thats not a glowing endorsement..........
No amp is perfect for everything, but to me, this is pretty close to perfect for the slammin blues/rock/funk types of settings IMO FWIW etc...
