Mesa WD-800 vs. TT-800 tone differences

But I'm looking at grabbing a Mesa Subway

Since I currently have an Ampeg SVT3PRO
And I miss my GK 400RB:

Which of the Subway heads is least like the Ampeg and more like a GK RB with the boost maxed and the contour knob mostly up?

I was going to the D 800+ but the new Mesa Boogie 800D take on the old 400/400+, more than the TT version of it.
