Double Bass Messiest Office/Studio/Practice Room Contest

Hopefully we can start following that path soon here in the states now that scientists will be listened to again.

I was thrilled as well to hear about the great success of the Pfizer/BioNtech vaccine. I have renewed my decision to hold off any gigs until I have been vaccinated.
I'm kinda new here...
Are we allowed to talk politics?
The other forum I belong to is very strict about it.
That's great news, because I love to voice my opinion too!

If you wish to expand the parameters for clutter I humbly submit the following pictures of the state of my back yard and garage.

I M STILL WAITING FOR YOU TO ACKNOWLEDGE DEFEAT!!

Ok, I know it is almost all because of the building work

My space is usually uncomfortably messy, but a recent plumbing leak caused me to get everything out (no instruments harmed), demo and remodel so I thought I would share photos quickly before the mess started to re-accumulate.

We live in tiny spaces here in Seattle, we have to make the best with what we have.

This is one of the only things that was original to the basement when I bought the house that I kept.

Nice! How much clearance between the top of the scroll and the ceiling?

I can always tell when I’m bummed out or otherwise overwhelmed with life when my music room/office gets lookin crappy. It’s a direct reflection of my mind-space. I cleaned and rearranged the other day to inspire a bass practice binge…
I should take your lead and clean house. Thanks Zoot.

In my pic I see a santa elf hat from a gig 3 years ago, cans of paint, empty garbage bag …clutter.
The instruments make me happy. The clutter and disorganized music not so much.

Time to crack an ale, play the violin, guitar & then piano. I’ve already done the bass rep today.
The seed to clean up is planted.
