Mini Rigs of Doom-Let's see 'em!l

My mini rig....MXR di+, Markbass LMKII, Berg 112's. I use just one of the 12's for most gigs. I LOVE using both though.

Just kidding Andy!!! Thats some good (what I call) buttface right there. We need a good "show your buttface" thread, that'd be entertaining..
I'd really like to hear that rig actually. Smiths are very hit or miss for me. I usually like the lows and low mids but as you move higher up the neck, the highs and high mids sound wierd to me. I bet the bergs with the markbass sounds great!

Yamaha BBT500H (500 watts @ 2 ohms)
Yamaha BBT210S (4 ohms each)
This rig can get pretty loud and it has a lot of punch and clarity with a surprising amount of booty.

Actually, from what I've read here, the 110s are a whole different animal than the 210s. If I'm not mistaken, and I may be, the speakers in the 110 are different than the 210.
The 110 cabs have different speakers. If I am correct in my thinking that each cabinet design should have different types of speakers. I wanted the 110's first but they sold out so I had to decide between the 210 and 410 cabs. What turned me off from the 410 is it only took 250 watts at 4 ohms and two 210 cabs would give me the full 500 watts from the head. I am really impressed with the rig. It can get loud but in a big venue you really have to push the head. Most medium to small gigs should be handled like a champ by this rig.

Jake, don't forget that mine is a bolt on with the older 2 band pre. This bass sounds incredible. It sounds as big as any bass I've heard. It's similar to an old Roscoe I used to have with a Demeter preamp but clearer and with bite, midrange complexity and it has my preferred 34" scale. My only gripe is the short upper horn. I can't stand with the stupid thing.....amazing sound though.

620W, and mind blowing depth for a pair of micro 10's...
I tried one of the Yamaha BBT500 heads, but just really didn't like it much. However, I've always been a big fan of Eden stuff, especially the Time Traveler stuff (ironically, since it's not their mainstream)...
I also have the Eden WTX-260 and it does amazing things with one of these cabs. Can't run both with that head, it won't do 2 ohms, but man, for a micro-110 rig, it's surprising.

They are. Custom made for Yamaha for this specific cab. The drivers that are in these, are basically a Delta12LF motor, with a ten inch cone. They handle power real well. I wish Eminence would make an 8 ohm version of this driver!
Those Yamaha cabs just look like they sound good!! If I needed more thump, I'd be looking to hook up with that rig Robear has.
i have a sansamp bddi running through the power section of my ampeg b2re through an avatar 410 neo as of now.
