Misconseptions due to screen name or avatar.

Well after a thread i started a day or so ago i have leanred that alot of people thought i was a doom metal player due to my screen name!

Truth is i dont think my taste in music could be farther from doom. I LOVE folk,roots,country,blues type music!!

So lets all share are misconseptions!


I thought JimmyM was black.

And untill i read some of Tbird1958 post i thought he was a woman.

With my name people probaly think I'm emo or goth or something.
I'm not I don't paint my fingernails, dress in Hot Topic clothes or have a dog collar of spikes around my neck with some well placed eye shadow.

The Dead Pawns are a band I'm in joined when I was 16 I'm 22 now. So that's where the Dead Pawn comes from. By the way the DP's aren't even emo or goth either we're a Missouri Punk band. I am a member cause I send in lyrics and sometimes they morph them into either parts of songs or a entire song.

I picked X cause I just always loved the letter no real meaning.

I really don't try to conceptualize people online I just go by their avatar. I have none so I guess people don't really think I'm a serious poster either.
