I look forward to watching the Rockies drop another couple of games while I and the family sit in shady seats and suck down very expensive beer. When your kids are 33 and 34, any way to get some pleasant time with them is a good way.

Um.....

Actually, I know more of them this spring than I did last spring. Crawford, Haniger, Toro, France, Kelenic, Gilbert, Flexen, Gonzalez, and a bunch of others proved themselves up to a point last season. Lewis should be back. I hope he stays healthy. Ray and Fraizer are new and there will probably be other new faces soon. There is also a pretty good pipeline of players in the Seattle farm system for a change, too. It wouldn't surprise me to see Rodriguez and maybe a pitcher or two debut this season. Then there's Marte lurking in A ball at the moment. I'm not sure he's even 20 yet. Murphy and Raleigh will have to do at catcher for the time being. Maybe one of them will learn to hit. I hope Trammell solves his hitting problems and makes it back to the big leagues.

So, yeah, they aren't as big a mystery this spring.

It is one of about a zillion rumors at the moment. He would play second or third in Seattle, because JP Crawford is pretty well entrenched at SS.
