Thank you. Today they play to pull to .500 and even with the Astros for about the first time since I can't remember when.holey bullpen collapse, batman!
this just in: $60MM men bregman and abreu continue to suck like vampires
great win for the m's![]()
Yeah, that team is a mess at the moment. Even the Rookies have a better recordMight as well stick a fork in my Cardinals. 8 losses in a row, well below .500. Total trainwreck and furthered by demoting Contreras already. They need top-down changes.
Last season? The Mets. This season? The Mariners as long as Kelenic keeps hitting. Diaz wouldn't be much of a closer without a lead to protect, and without hitting, that is a problem. With a few exceptions like Ichiro, the Mariners have historically been a light hitting team in the new stadium.@Gaolee Here's a headscratcher - who got the better deal on the Diaz trade.
Mets got Diaz, best reliever in the game, although he's now out for the season.Mets had to deal with Cano and his contract $$
Mariners got Kellenic, who I think will be very good. Also got some pitching help.
Orioles just took 2 of 3 against the Rays, so I'm going with Baltimore.I know every reasonable minded person loves the Braves but I also know some of you have a second local team you like. Any 1/4 season early predictions for who gets Bravos in the series?
