So far the SFGiants have been playing just under .500 baseball. They are showing signs of life. They are starting to hit and Logan Webb has been pitching lights out baseball. He has pitched 19 consecutive scoreless innings. The Jordan Hicks experiment from reliever to starter is going well. He is holding down a 1.61 ERA so far and he is stretching out his starts. Rookie pitchers Kyle Harrison and Keaton Winn are getting better every game.
But then there is Blake Snell

So far he has stunk the place up every time he pitches. He was scheduled to pitch today but was scratched this morning and place on the 15 IL with an abductor strain. (Whatever that is). Rooking Landen Roup was just sent down to the minors yesterday and today he got the call up to pitch tonight. Roup has been okay so far, hoping he comes through tonight for a sweep of the Mets.
