MLB 2025

I got a kick out of the opening paragraphs of Bill Plaschke’s column in the LA Times.

The Dodgers are the favourite to win but that doesn’t mean it’s going to be easy 😁

The road win swings home field advantage to the Dodgers. The Blue Jays need to go win a couple in LA to turn the tables again. They did it in Seattle, they can do it in LA too! Pitching match ups will favour LA, so it’ll be a big challenge. The Blue Jays’ bats will figure it out. Assuming the Jays can push it to 6 or 7 games, they’ll also have to figure out a new game plan against Yamamoto. I think he would be in like to pitch Game #6. I don’t think they’d start him in Game #5 on short rest..? 🤔 That guy has so many quality pitches. He was excellent last night.

They went to Seattle down 0-2 and still pulled it out. They’ve got it in them, and perhaps more importantly they KNOW they’ve got it in them. Go Jays Go!

They touched Yamamoto up a bit, and had some pretty loud outs, just couldn’t take advantage of opportunities. Like that dropped pop-up, woof.
