So my friend gave me his LTD F-series bass today. It is now my project bass. I'm wanting to put 2 MM pickups and a killer preamp in it. What are 2 good MM pickups you reccomend for a high mid-range growl tone? I like a bright sound, but not too harsh at all. Lots of midrange.
What about preamps? What is a good preamp that will work with 2 MM's and sound good?
