So i would like a sealed 410 for some variety. I had figured i wanted a 810 but i know it is overkill, and moving my gear up and down my basement stairs last night convinced me 4x10 would be better. 😅

Anything still being made? ideally i would like a 24 wide top as i like my tube amps (and lifting).

Ampeg 410HE is what I have, but it seems like it's out of production as of recently. It's effectively half of the "fridge" with an addition of a tweeter. Great cabinet!!
My favorite Ampeg cab.
Bad news is, the 410HE Classic cabs are no longer in production.
Good news is, they can be found used, pretty much anywhere on the planet, at great prices.

TTA,
Since you have stairs to contend with, maybe "two", sealed cabinet, Ampeg 210AV's laid on their side and stacked?
By using two of them you'll have the same number of drivers, at the same power handling rating, laid on their side for the cab width for your tube head as the 410 Classic cab, plus those 210 AV's cabinets are probably some the easiest to transport 210 cabs available.

A pair of these Ampeg SVT-210AV 2x10 cabs might be just the ticket for you ...

... sealed design and weigh only 26 pounds.

I really like the Barefaced 10” cabs, especially with a tweeter. I’ve had the Two10 and Four10, currently I have the Three10 which is a nice compromise and is tall, so it projects well. I don’t know if they are technically sealed, but they sound great and probably have more low end than traditional sealed cabs.
