Yes, they would have filed under Chapter 11 instead of Chapter 7.

I posed this question a few months back. Consensus was that they would hold price, but not significantly increase in value. I tend to agree. They are a bit of a niche market bass. They have their fans (those who love Phil, Gordon, Schools, etc), but chances are a later model Q5 will sell for $2,000 to $2,500 in 5 years just like they do now.

Your guess is as good as mine though....

Not surprising given what I've read on TB over the last year or so but still sad. I think Modulus made some awesome basses and gave players another great option to choose from.

Bummer, they are great basses. As an aside, I never new Modulus fanboys were such sticklers about repeat information.

Post #1025 in a thread that contained nothing but wild guesses and speculation for months. Hardly surprising that people stop reading that thread because they won't expect any real info anymore after all that time. At least I didn't.
