Modulus Mob

Here's a 1995 pricelist, there are a couple of models listed there

This is spectacular!

I have sold a really sweet Modulus Q6 recently, one reason was I am having problems with 6 string basses due to hand problems etc. So i figured what the heck, I am going for an Alembic....I briefly had a MK Deluxe 5 and a MK standard 4, both were beautifully made and had the Alembic sound. But man, something was not right. I ended up selling those basses and going with an awesome Q5 as seen in the picture below. 2009 Chechen fingerboard with Nordy pickups(they are killer) and Aguilar pre. The Q5 necks are so comfortable and I love the Modulus sounds. Good to be back.

Wow.
My ex-girlfriend is in Playboy!
I forgot how beautiful she was.
Maybe I should call her?

That's my old Q5!! It's a beast for sure...and has one of the best necks I've ever played!

Wish I could have bought it back when it popped up last time, but didn't have the scratch. My next addition to the stable is gonna be a Q5!

I have been diving into the Modulus history and the more I learn, the more I find out very little is known. I knew that Modulus made a headless bass, but I have found 3 completely different models of them. 2 different 4 string paddle versions and Phil Lesh's 6 string with a full body!!!
I would surely love to see if someone here had one.. They seem like they are exceedingly rare.
