Hey, another Q6 Turbo owner! There are only 3 of us, that I know of, on here..
Relatively new here -- I have lurked for awhile. Anyways.....here is my Q5 and Q6.

Just do it! You can pick up used Quantums for decent prices. And with the carbon-fiber necks, you have a very high success rate of getting a real quality instrument with no issues. Electronics are easy to fix if need be.
I got my Q6 on the 'bay last year for $1500. It had a nick or two in the top, but I did not care. It is a player. It is perfect except for a few nicks. My Q5 is mint -- just a scratch or two on the back. I plan to keep it as mint as possible -- although that will be tough as it is now my #1.

Yeah, it sure is. I'd imagine it's similar to the one John McVie bought, one of the very first Modulus basses built.Wow, that thing is a beast!![]()
Well, let me ask you about the Genesis basses. That is what I am looking at most. What do you think of those?
