got it thru the post this morning!

this thing is awesome! the neck is amazing so easy to play! im going to experiment with the strings i think but for the minute the nickel roundwounds it has on it are v.nice. the setup on the bass was perfect to btw!

it just the tone i want punchy and with the aggie pre its so easy to change the tone and mould it!, and with my boss 0db-3 it is just awesome for the odd solo i have to do!

here are a few pics, i think its got a sort of vintage vibe?

i never thought the neck would look this good but it really is stunning!

Some seriously nice Mods in here !!!! I keep straying. Then I plug my trusty Q5 Mod back into the pre or amp and realize what an idiot I am !! Great bass and built like a tank (without the weight !!) I'll never be able to afford another Mod lefty at what they go for new these days...

That is awesome, and I hope it's all that you'd hoped! I know my Q5 I ordered was!

I love that color combo. If I ever get a VJ, it'll be a fretless with that color scheme. Ultimate in class!!

i just did man for like 2hrs! man i love this thing!

the tone is just massive! how anyone could ever say that it sounds sterile i dnt know!:confused:

as for the finish its just stunning so much better than i ever thought it would be!

im liking the nickel rounds to! but when time comes to change em i will try some thing else out? dnt know what yet, will see in bout 4 months ish?

soz to ask this again but what hipshot d-tuners fit the fb4?

Me? Thank you for the compliment on the bass. I love it!!! I used to have a Flea 5 that I could just strangle myself for getting rid of. So, I am going to hold on tight to this one regardless of what the band says this time...

It has the Bart pup and the Bart pre. I think it is the NTBT pre. Just a killer sounding bass.
Is that your white one?????? I am sooooooooo jealous if it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it is indeed, its got the SD basslines pup and aggie ob-1 pre tho in mine, i love it!
