The neck is done in the K.L.D. pattern with a ebonyfretboard, abalone dots and brass side dots.
Here is my 198? Modulus Bassstar. The research I have done tells me that this is a ESP body and stars guitars hardware. The neck is done in the K.L.D. pattern with a ebony fretboard, abalone dots and brass side dots. It has older active EMG's with no preamp, and some cool knobs that look like they are off of a CNC machine. I call it the Buck Grand National of basses!!!! I will get some outdoor shots so you can see the carbon fiber pattern on the neck.

It's a completely different bass. The Bartolinis leave a lot on the table compared to the LPs.
