Has anyone ever converted their modulus sweet spot to a turbo version, adding the extra bridge pickup? If so, how did it turn out, what components did you utilize? Was it worth the effort? Also, any suggestions for alternatives to emg pickups? Thank you.

turned out pretty good. wasn't a fan of the single pickup so adding options in the bass and treble position worked wonders.

i tend to lean heavily with the middle/bridge pickups (EMG 40P5's)

wired volume/volume/volume/stacked bass-treble (EMG BTC Control)

in regards to other pickups, all depends on your preferences. with the right preamp layout, you can pick and choose from nordstrand, delano, bartolini, etc.
