Monster Cables = Corporate Bully

Metallica stole their logo as well, at my last machine shop I worked at, there was an old 2 axis mill from the 60's bearing the name Metalsomethingorother with the IDENTICAL font that they used for their logo. I still listen to some Metallica sometimes I couldn't care less.

Monster cables on the other hand, they blow.

I like revisiting Kurt Denke's Letter. The opening just sets the tone perfectly.

Let me begin by stating, without equivocation, that I have no interest whatsoever in infringing upon any intellectual property belonging to Monster Cable. Indeed, the less my customers think my products resemble Monster's, in form or in function, the better.

yeah, but sometimes you just have to sit back and look at what you're doing to make sure it isnt stupid. First off, you shouldnt be into music for just money. Secondly, thats not like it was their only lawsuit. I think they can live with the millions they have and let this lipstick be a drop in the bucket so to speak. It would never hurt them in any way, ya know? its just like, treat others the way yo want to be treated.

Well I think Revlon should be sued cover the metallica lipstick if for any other reason then Revlon would be sue happy with any other entity using their intellectual property.
