Montreal-area pedal addicts

Sorta proud of my latest :)

I stayed strong. My wife and kids were waiting in the car. I even put just 30 minutes in the parking meter to make sure I had to be in and out quickly. I did ask if they had a Korg Minilogue in stock. WOuld have walked away with it if they had it :)

Bringing the wife & kids to a guitar shop is probably similar to discussing the family budget with the significant other before having sex, IMO

:roflmao:

Yellow! Je me nomme Sasha, j'ai 22 ans est je suis maniaque de pedales :P But seriously, i've just started compiling my pedalboard so far i've got a korg pitchblack mini tuner, an mxr 10 band EQ & an mxr D.I.+. I'm just missing an ernie ball volume pedal, an mxr stereo chorus & possibly the source audio nemesis delay with dual expression pedal. J'voulais un compressor mais avec mon rig pis la facon que j'joue pis mon mxr EQ, j'en ai pas d'besoin for gigging.

Bienvenue dans le groupe Sasha :), great pedals to start with ! I'm a huge fan of the Stereo Chorus on bass (and MXR in general), I hope you'll like it.

Cheers,

@nshuman: Saturnworks makes quality stuff, so much I'm considering flipping the LS-2 in favor of another one of their mixer/blenders. I remember you pointing me in that direction, thx .

Yup, they are cheap. Depending on what you need, check out Wounded Paw as well. Made in Toronto, so the exchange might make them a contender as well.

Those V1 and V2 blenders look pretty good indeed. After almost a year without GAS, I'm having a mild attack these days: added 5 pedals since July, new PT Novo 18 ordered from the Best Buy website, considering EMG pick-ups for my TBird and now this blending thing. Golly Gee, Fonz...

Preston makes top notch stuff. Also, much less noisy than other blenders.

Same, i love MXR pedals! Pis les stereo chorus is great to have the bass & treble EQ cause it will give a good crisp chorus sound with the treble adjusted right & not lose any low end with the bass control! + with a bit of distortion, ca va etre diabolique :P
