Mooer Pedals club!!

Mooer fog anybody?
It's damn cheap but is it good?
I spent some time playing through one a few weeks back at a local music store and I must say I came away impressed. If I had had the money at the time I think I would've bought it. I was able to coax some sweet synthy fuzz tones out of it with very little effort. Before I buy it though I want to try it out with my Sadowsky to see how it responds to the active electronics in it. I believe it's sort of a Woolly Mammoth clone and want to make sure it works well with active basses more.

I just did a video... that Bass sweeper sounds great!

Hey man, do you mind sharing your sweeper settings? I'm liking mine pretty well, but am having trouble getting it to sound quite as vocal as the bassballs seems to. I don't know, I almost want to see if I can slow down the filter just a little bit. For about 50% of your video I notice the Sweeper's got a little sharper response with just a hair less low end, but it still sounds great, and it sounds better than the Balls with the octavbre on.

That's *cool*.

Now if it would come with two outputs:
1 - dry
2 - wet/dry mix

...kinda like the EFX Micro POG

I wonder how hard it would be to mod this pedal. Anyone got one? Better yet has anyone seen inside one?

Actually, the same comment goes for the Pure Octave pedal...

The big knob on the top is a wet/dry mix.
What I mean is two separate outputs -- a dry signal to a bass amp, the wet signal (octaved up) thru a distortion pedal and then on to a guitar amp (ala Royal Blood).
There's lots of youtube video that explains how he does it with the Ehx micro pog and alternately with a behringer pedal (can't think of the name of it at the moment).

Tender and sweeper. Great pedals

Tender and sweeper. Great pedals

I've got a tender octave and a bass sweeper. Do I get a number?

How do you guys find these two together? I'm looking at the same combo for one song where i'm using a Micropog and Wah pedal, so much real estate for one song.

Oh and can I get a number for my Black Secret

They work very well together. My only wish with them is that I wish the Tender were capable of the more dirty, synthy sounding octave like the OC-2 does. It is almost too clean, more POG than Boss, if that makes sense. There is a demo video up on YouTube where Andy plays those two together. I'll see if I can find it.
