Hey Tom,I do! ...play a Moon J -5, that is. Mine is also late '90's and maybe this thread will inspire me to figure out how to post pics on here ...not a skill so far. I recently put it up for sale and shortly took it back down again. The Yamaha I picked up is a wonderful bass but I missed my Moon. Gigs I've gotten lately will be keeping it a lot busier. One of the great unknowns here in the US; most of the interest in mine was from overseas. Thanks for coming up with this idea of a club.
Nice!!! Looks like it's passive and the pickups seem to have adjustable pole pieces?Count me in. Mine is an early '90s fretted JB4. Got some Model J's in it and the bass plays like butter. Killer neck. She is so fine.

Anyway, I guess there are four of us now with Moon Basses.Must be the smallest club here.
I could be wrong but it seems American brand basses are available in almost all countries. But international brand basses (Moon, Sandberg, etc.) are rarely available in the US. Is it the company not wanting to sell in the US?
JJ, 1991, padauk with maple & ebony. Still my main bass after 22 years of many very nice acquisitions. Can't say enough good things about it.
JB, built-to-order fretless with Randy Hope Taylor model electronics. Deep metallic green, pau ferro fingerboard with fret lines made out of the same wood. Also a very nice instrument.
Both of these are worth more than I paid for them in terms of sound and playability.
I don't know anything about the Randy Hope Taylor model. What is special or different about it?JJ, 1991, padauk with maple & ebony. Still my main bass after 22 years of many very nice acquisitions. Can't say enough good things about it.
