Im so used to my 105q. I think every wah should be designed this way (the way the treadle is what engages it with no actual footswitch to hit).
I agree, but think everyone should implement the far superior method used in the G-Lab Wowee! Problems with the 105Q are that you cannot hold it heel down for more than a split second without it trying to switch off, and then there's the actual delay in it switching off. The Wowee is not spring loaded, but instead the whole pedal is pressure sensitive which operates a silent switching true bypass relay. Because the switching is so instant, you can easily use the effect for just a single note in a riff!
