I don’t, I’m afraid. I guess that will be announced when it has been worked out.So, no idea what it's gonna cost huh?![]()
Thank you. Yes, having everything on the device was one of the main goals.Wow you guys have really taken MIDI control to the next level! Having all that control accessible without an external editor is amazing and will open up the abilities of tons of compact pedals that currently require their own editors and/or menu diving. Can't wait til they come available!
This is covered on the linked website- each scene has "unlimited" presets, scrolled 6 per page for direct access, that can be directly attached to button presses or indirectly in other ways depending on what you are going forThis looks awesome. I'd definitely be interested in getting one since most of my board is all midi capable pedals.
In terms of organization of presets, what does that look like? Would I be able to set up a scene, named after a particular tune for example, and then within that scene, I'd have 6 presets for that particular song?

If you need to control more than five Source Audio pedals and want to use their Hub Scenes, then a second Hub is the way to go. However, some of their pedals have 5-pin ports and you can just access the onboard preset slots. Or via USB MIDI if your controller supports it.What is the most common way to hook up a bunch of midi pedals to a device like this? I currently have I believe 6 midi pedals on my board which connect to a source audio hub, and from that to my controller. I'm assuming it would be the same idea with this one. I believe I had my current hub maxed out with what I can plug into it. Is there a hub that you can recommend that allows for more pedals or would I just need to buy a second hub?
This exactly. Sign me upDAMN. That’s very full featured. Having intuitive programming at the surface level removes one of the biggest hurdles with programmable MIDI controllers which is having to hookup to a PC or external device to make changes. Designing the pedal to be a self-contained unit effectively bridges the gap between the more capable multi effects processors and a total MIDI rig.
Thanks.Great job; being a midi junkie myself, I find the product ver complete and able to solve many aspects that many foot controllers haven’t been able to resolve. A couple of thoughts:
- I’d add power draw requirements by the 9VDC connector.
- I know is a foot controller, but since it is a touchscreen I’d suggest a section where you can use it as a touch strip controller, with your finger.
- it is not clear if you can combine midi commands/messages with one touch but some sort of simple macro editor would be great.
- if still under development, i’d award early adopters to reserve the first units with some interesting pricing to get your first units funded; same having players offer testimonials.
