Thank you.

And this is from your profile :)

Influences and Teachers:
Every player featured in every recording I've ever listened to, every person who I've ever talked to about music, every author of any literature on music I've ever read and every teacher I've ever had. I may have missed a few.

I have wide tastes in music, but right now I'm mainly concentrating on my Jazz playing.

I was kidding heh, I've never actually heard any of your playing, I just knew it'd get a reaction :P.

Steve Harris?
1. You don't know what that man can do. 2. Apart from beeing a bassist he's a great compositor too...
You can not tell who's good or bad, every1 has his specialities lad..

That's what i love about music...

I agree that I don't know what he can do, and I never said he was bad either. This is about being overrated, and Steve Harris IS overrated IMO.

I found it funny :) I hope it was the reaction you were expecting :)

Maybe you should check some of my music out, you never know your original post may just be accurate :)

Had a listen to some of your stuff and while your chops and gear are great, I can't say I'm really a fan of your style.

Also I'd like to add that I think Bill Dickens is the worst waste of technical ability I've ever witnessed, he said he quit drumming because people said he overplayed, I'm not really sure why he picked bass though heh, he should have taken up metal guitar or just changed genre to prog rock.

I can tell you're a Maiden fan by your username (Montségur*). Anyway.

I am a HUGE maidenhead. HUGE.

And I can say that I love Harris to death. But...there are some who don't feel the same way.

You gotta respect people's beliefs.

I think Flea is overrated as hell, but he's STILL a GREAT bassist, with awesome basslines.
