Good God Man, how many of them did you play on a regular basis? I have been selling Bass left and right because I had 18 and played 4 of them.

I used to play all regularly with the Birdsongs having more of an edge...but now with Diabetic neuropathy, and no longer able to play. my kids and I are thinning the family for other special projects!!!:)

My current arsenal is:

2 Tobias
1 Modulus
1 Benavente

Do I get to vote "other" 4 times? A poll with Gretch and Dingwall but not Modulus?

Interesting poll, though. Really too bad the software keeps the list so short that "other" has as many players as Fender.

3 Ibanez - SR800, SR500, ATK3EXBK1
2 Schecter - Devil/Tribal, C-4 XXX
1 ESP/LTD - Viper 404
1 Ernie Ball - Stingray
1 Charvel - Fusion IV
1 Dean - Rhapsody 12-String bass
1 Squier - Jazz bass

Although the Squier is my wife's bass, it still counts.

Currently own:

Tobias Killer B 5-string
Tobias Classic 5-string
Tobias Renegade 4-string
US Fender Deluxe 4-string
US Fender Deluxe 4-string fretless
US Fender Custom Shop '70 Jazz LTD
Gibson Money Bass LTD 4-string
'78 Music Man Sting Ray 4-string
'90 Music Man Sting Ray 4-string
Ibanez SR-200

Previously owned:

Tobias Growler 4-string
US Fender Jazz Standard 4-string
Ibanez SRX-700 4-string
Ibanez BTB 4-string

2 Sadowskys (NYC PJ, Metro UV70 5-string)
3 Reverends (5L, BH5, PJ)
Dark Star P bass
'81 Ric 4003
'88 Steinberger XL-2

and my wife bought me a Squier VM '70s Jazz so I can go all Dr. Frankenstein on it.

As far as what bass is most popular, Fender hands down. Cort makes a lot of basses too.

"Other" covers a lot of territory here at TB.

11 Fenders (P's, P/Js, Jazz, Telecaster, Musicmaster)
3 Laklands (JOs, 4-94)
2 Musicmans (20th SR, H/S Sterling)
1 Rickenbacker 4001
1 Gibson Bass V
1 Hayman 40/40
1 Kalamazoo
1 Line 6
1 Ibanez A/E

Fender '57 RI
Lakland Skyline DJ4
Ibanez Roadstar P-bass copy
Vox Cougar (hollowbody)

Lakland would have easily finished in the top 5 in this poll on its own.
