Fender must be the most popular. They have basses in every price range, and they're in almost every genre. Personally though, I own a Warwick and an Ibanez. If I ever buy another bass, if it's not another Warwick, it'll probably be a Fender.

That list could have been a LOT longer. Lots of missing names there.

But there's no question in my mind that Fender will win this poll by a ratio of at least 2:1 versus the nearest competitor - whatever it is.
