Most ridiculous song ever written?

The sound quality on that video is way too poor to even make a judgement. However, I saw it up on the band's myspace site. Since you've tossed it up as a topic on a forum, I gotta say that my opinion is pretty "meh."

As for 'most ridiculous song ever written,' I always think of "I Like Chinese" by Monty Python or some of that Flight of the Conchords stuff. "Movin' to Montana" by Frank Zappa is pretty darn funny, too, or maybe his "Mr. Green Genes." His "stringbeans to Utah" line makes me giggle.

I'm not going to win any popularity contest with my answer(s), but it's time I let out my secret:

Lyrically? Tom Sawyer
Musically? Abracadabra

Before the Rush freaks go nuts, I like some of Rush's stuff, but that song has hit a nerve for the past 30 years. I hate very few things in this world, but those songs are two of them.

They are Coming To Take Me Away, Ha-Haa buyt Napoleon XIV.

When I was a small kid I inherited a large pile of singles from my uncle, this being one of them. Sometimes I suspect my eclectic taste of music derives from that pile (fortunately there were R&B, Rolling Stones, Beatles and similar singles in that pile...)
