Necrophagist hands down. To do what the lead guitarist does and do vocals on top..........amazing.

I'm of a firm belief than Dream Theater is the most technically talented group today, only now outclassing Liquid Tension Expiriment becasue they no longer have Portnoy.
As far as talent for writing, I think Velvet Revolver, Rush and the Red Hot Chili Peppers wrote/write some of the most intersting music of the past decade. Excluding what the Peppers just did... Seems like a random jam and not a set of songs.

I'm gonna have to go with Béla Fleck and the Flecktones. The best, most musical, just all around amazing band I've ever heard, live or on record. Plus their bass player sure is good... Hahaha 
I've listened to a few Arcade Fire tunes and thought they were okay. And then I saw them live on SNL. Wow, they were bad. I felt really awkward watching them.
