You'll all laugh but I really miss my Kawasaki KLX-250 Dual Sport. I had so much fun with that bike. Like a schmuck, I sold it to pay some bills.

Yamaha SRX 250.jpg Nah.. I'm not going to laugh. I used to own one of these ('87 Yamaha SRX 250), until a collector made me an offer I couldn't refuse. They were only sold here for 1 year, and it was a sweet, sweet machine. 90 mph with my fat butt on it, and 82mpg if I didn't ride like a loon. And on the right road, it would give bigger crotch rockets fits. If Yamaha ever makes them again, I'll have one in a heartbeat...:)

2002 Suzuki VL 800. Got her on 7/1/13 with 3500 miles on her. She's coming up on 35,000 miles now. We've had a lot of fun together, but I'm looking to move up now. Either a Honda VTX 1300 or 1800 or a Suzuki C90 or M109R. The Victorys are pretty nice, too. Just shopping around right now, hope to have a new one by the end of the year.

Ducati tragic here! Don't flame, I'm from the double bass side! This is my 3rd Duc, 09 1100s Multistrada, full arrow exhaust, open airbox, K and N, rexer tuned. I love the aircooled 2 valve ducs. The old multi might not be a looker but has heaps of character and is amazing to ride. I really only do backroad, twisty touring with it, and a track day every now and then. Ive also got a cbr 600 which is my commuter. Lucky i have a wife with a car to carry me and bass to gigs!

2006 Sportster.JPG Had a Ducati once - well, technically, it was a Cagiva Alazzura - but it was actually a Ducati 650 Pantah. When it ran on both cylinders, it was the best motorcycle I ever owned. Unfortunately, it hardly ever ran on both cylinders for more than 20-30 minutes. And I was never able to sort it out. So, very reluctantly, I sold it; and, luckily, it ran long enough for the guy to get it home. Coincidently, I got the little Yamaha SRX 250 from him, as partial payment... And, yes, I agree with Killer Canary; if you really like to ride, then you ride. I ride the Sportster at least 5 days a week, and one or the other of the BMWs the other 2. Come this June, I'll have been riding a motorcycle of some kind, pretty much daily, for 49 years...

just returned from my Spring maiden voyage on the Road King. Had to run an 100 mile
round trip 'errand'. Got the bike out of the garage this morning and Windex'd the chrome, filled up with a fresh tank of petrol, and hit the road. Perfect day for riding today!

Yep, I'm in So Cal and riding season is back! Not like we don't have it all year, but I can ride without extra gear!
