pistoleroace said:Holy balls Joey, now I'm jealous! I've been looking at getting a MTD 535 for a few years now and I keep telling myself to just buy one, and I end up buying something else that is a little less expensive. If I just would have bought one to begin with, it would have saved me money in the long run. When I do buy one, it's going to have a Wenge neck/fb for sure and I'm surprised you didn't go for that too being that you like Warwicks so much.
Enjoy!
JOEY SQUID said:I too always bought basses that were a little less expensive than the MTD so I decided to save myself money in the long run and just buy one. Compared to my ROSCOE I realize that I really don't care for WARWICKS(baseball bats) anymore. When you play other basses you begin to realize that there are other basses out there that play and feel much better and are built with much better quality control. Just like your ROSCOE and F BASS. Plus I love the sound of a maple neck!
JOEY SQUID said:Yeah I decided that I always wanted and MTD 535 so
I said to myself, Self just get the MTD. I amthat you like the LAKLAND that bass rocks!! The pickups and knobs are not wood just a tiny pic, sorry!
