MTD Kingston Saratoga "Versions" ???

Hey MTD guys, I searched the threads hi&lo and can't seem to find an answer to this. I seem to see that there isn't much love for this bass here, just can't really read WHY?, but anyway...
I keep seeing something like MTD Saratoga V2 and think I even saw V1 on a thread. Does anyone know the difference? I never got around to grabbing one up as my original order was cancelled by the shop I ordered through as they were having trouble obtaining it. I'm just trying to find out what the changes (if any) happened with a "V2"? Thanks very much!

If you don't get the answers you need from your thread, ask your question in the MTD Club thread - I asked a few questions there (I know absolutely nothing about MTD, but I found an older Heir-5 that I like) and got quick responses.
