Mustang Bass 70's project.

refished a Squier vintage mod, in nitro Olympic white to try and replicate that great ol' 70's (ish) mustang bass.
Deck darcy of the band phoenix plays one, great tone and play-ability. Nice and light too, so great for my back injury!
Got nice short scale D'addario flatwounds on it. Everyone who has played it has complimented me on how amazing and how easy it is to play this bass.
If there is one thing I have learned from the experience of doing this project is, I HATE POLYURETHANE LACQUER!

thanks!

Right here!

Cuurently shopping for mine. Have been leaning towards rosewood fretboard models myself but under $300 that means things like the Mikey Way and the Jag SS. Surprisingly I find myself more and more attracted to the Mikey Way.
