Mustang PJ pickguards

Anyone know a company that makes custom pickguards for the Fender Mustang PJ Bass?

I found one that has traditional Mustang bass pickguards but they don't have a hole for pup selector switch.

Has the pickguard for the 2017+ PJ Bass. Select it under options.
Note that they are not cheap. You are looking at $40 for a basic black to $70+ for a tortoise.
On the good side, they are a perfect fit and the brown tortoise shell looks awesome on my white PJ.

Is there a difference in the pickguards from 2016 to 2017?

It’s a crime that Fender didn’t have Tort pickguards on these to begin with. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Just did and there have been no changes to the pick guards to the Mustang PJ since they were first released.

Sweet you found them! Crap! 70 bucks.... We all know I’m gonna do it but mannn. I just bought the thing and installed an 120 dollar babicz bridge on it. Looks like I’m workong extra hard this weekend.

I did actually. I got the bass the other day and set it up and all that jazz and played it for a few hours. After I put the babicz on I noticed a lot more low end and is a bit louder. I noticed it more plugged in actually which I would normally argue is not the case. I wouldn’t say it’s better but better for what i do it is. Honestly the bass sounds more like a Standard bass than other short scales. I leave both pickups on and turn the tone down 1 or 2 notches. The jazz pickup alone sucks bad though. I play Aerodyne basses almost exclusively and have an extra set of pickups laying around but im under the impression they might be the same pickups? I’m an admitted gear head but pickups are not my expertise. The new bridge looks better on it also

Does look nice, a little more low-end seems good... I've been going back and forth on whether or not to swap pickups and bridge, but I'm actually pretty happy with how both of mine sound right now (had one of them defretted). The only thing that's really motivating me to change pickups is to get a noiseless bridge pickup in them to eliminate the single coil noise.

The single coil noise never really bothers me. How does the deferred one play? I mostly switched the bridge out of curiosity but I’m happy I did.

It sounds great and I really like the short scale TI flats (really did NOT like them on my 34" Jazz). It has a CA glue coating and it can definitely do the Jaco thing, though that's not all it can do.
