Anyone here try one? I'm thinking t would sound awesome on bass. (Also, I'm pretty sure it's a RAT clone in a tiny package)

There's a couple of videos on Youtube, and it sounds very RAT like, it also seems to have a ton of low end. AND... it's red

not bad. would certainly be better if tested better. highest gain settings werent tested. and p90s with the tone control up is kind of annoying. could be interesting on bass

That's exactly what I was thinking, I'm really hoping that's what it is. Either way, it should sound awesome on bass
howdy. according to the one of the helpful awesome guys at my favorite pedal store that i deal with a lot, he was talking to one of the guys on the design team (we're in the Bay Yarea in Cali, Dunlop's like half an hour away) and they described it as a "hot rodded DS-1 with more lows".
i did pick one up, REALLY like it, am gonna get some time being super too loud at practice in about 3 hours. i was going to try to do a quick video clip for somebody asking about it in the PYPB thread on bass tonight, if you guys want i could post it here too.
it's a LOOOOOOT of pedal for $80 so far.

yah. i know a lot of people say their Bass Octaver doesn't track great, but when i had one it was as good as my Aggy Octo. i just like the Aggy's clean/octave filter set up bettah. and their BEF is pretty boobies in a barrel.
Well damn, it still sounds amazing, but is it really a DS1? I may still get one, and I might just dust my DS1 off to see how it compares when I get it. (I'll attempt to record soundclips)
i can still try to throw a vid together tonight if you want, but i'm gonna have to throw a thumbs down at this. probably gonna take it back tomorrow.
i love how the gain -> volume structure is setup, the "crunch" button gives it a nice open shimmer, but it cuts off way too much low end. when i was playing it loud by myself it was kinda noticeable going from on to off when playing on any string but the G or high C, but when drums and keys were going i just disappeared.... in my... down under parts.
it's a lot like how Jimmy Rocket's (Baddy One Shoe) Infinity Drive was doing me. but he asked me to send it back to him, he modded it in a day and i had it back 6 days after i sent it. now it KILLS.
so, if they make a bass version of this? i am SO in. but it's awesome alone, Get Me Out Of The Mix live. if i played guitar it'd have a home n
