Hmmm.. I might actually replace my LBM with this.. it has a similar creamy sound, but doesn't lose the low-end .. at least from what I saw in the video... probably isn't as noisy either, if the Blowtorch is any indication.
I might try to get my hands on one of these. got a tc electronic vintage bass distortion pedal recently which is awesome for distortion but using the boost on it is a little impractical as i have the gain wacked up high on the normal setting!!
maybe some more experimentation is needed - but i wouldnt mind a little fuzz!!!
I thought I would bump this thread up. I am really GAS'ing hardcore for this fuzz. I sent an email to Dunlop to see if they would give me an expected release date.
Well.. apparently was released early in Canada? I just got an email from my local Long & McQuade that the pedal is now in stock .. only problem is I have no budget for it now
Hmm.. okay apparently they mistook the El Grande for something else (some kind of drum accessory?) and noted it in inventory incorrectly. They called me to apologize and let me know that it didn't actually arrive yet.
