My Band playing Black Sabbath

That sounded pretty good.

I've been working this tune for a couple of weeks with some buds who are die hard Sabbath fans. I bet them that when we play it at a corn roast at the end of August, no one in the audience would know what it is.

What kind of crowd response did you get?

I'm a huge Sabbath fan and I liked it very much! Everyone was doing their job quite good, except for the vocal. He could've shown a little bit more effort while singing, but I guess he just wasn't very comfortable or shy, and depending on your emotions the voice changes drastically. Singing is not easy.
Another thing is, your bass is sounding like Steve Harris with more bright than Geezer used too. I don't know if your intention was to play exactly like BS, but if you lower the high a little bit would be nice. That's just an opinion.

Anyway, THUMBS UP! :D

Thanks for all the positive comments guys!

And I know what you mean about the brightness/high end. I use a sansamp rbi for extra dirt, it sounds great, but the downside is that the high end is wild and hard to control. I'm thinking of switching to the VT bass instead.
